You'll find our home on the corner of a quiet cul de sac, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Our large lot is right around the corner from the Emerald Shores pool and only steps away from our private beach!

ENJOY TWO LIVING AREAS (one on each floor):
Relax in our well-furnished first-floor living area with a 75" HD LCD SMART TV and soundbar! Enjoy all your favorite streaming services or catch your favorite shows on our High Def Cable Box, with DVR.
A Second Living Area is located upstairs and is the perfect space to escape for the afternoon. Enjoy this comfortably furnished den/loft area which has a 40" LCD TV with high definition channels and a QUEEN sleeper sofa.

INVITING KITCHEN and DINING AREA:
From the driveway, you'll enter our home and be greeted with a spacious, newly remodeled kitchen and adjacent dining area. The kitchen has been fully-stocked with all your favorite cooking tools and small appliances. Don't see what you need? Let us know and we'll send it over!

The dining area is separated from the kitchen by a counter with stools, creating the perfect place to hang out with friends and family. Whether it's meal time or game night, this area will be well-used by your group!

COMFORTABLE BEDROOM RETREATS
With a first floor King suite, two additional KING Bedrooms on the second floor, and a sleeper sofa in the second floor loft area, we can easily accommodate 8-10 guests. On-site you'll also find two comfortable rollaway cots.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, comfortable bedding, and TVs, creating the perfect private retreat!

ENJOY THE OUTDOORS
Head outside during your stay and enjoy our two furnished porches on the lower level, with a complimentary grill. Or relax in the morning on either of our 2 upper balconies. All outdoor areas are furnished with comfortable seating.

The 2nd floor laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, iron/board, and a starter supply of detergent pods.
And on the porch you'll find a complimentary beach wagon to use for your day at the beach or the pool.

THE EMERALD SHORES COMMUNITY
When you stay at Serendipity, you'll enjoy all the amenities provided by the top-rated Emerald Shores resort community. This exquisite gated community sits between Hwy 98 and Scenic 98 in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. With entry gates on both ends, you'll have easy access to explore the area.

EMERALD SHORES PRIVATE BEACH
Take a short 5-minute stroll to our gated PRIVATE BEACH or hop on the complimentary beach tram (May-Aug). There you'll find a full-service snack bar pavilion, restrooms, rinse showers, picnic tables, and plenty of space to park your bikes or beach wagon.
Check in with our dedicated beach attendant to reserve chairs and umbrella (provided by La Dolce Vita).

** COMING IN 2026...Emerald Shores will be adding a convenient ramp to our beach pavilion for easy access to the beach!

SEASONAL WRISTBAND POLICY: Upon your arrival, you will need to obtain wrist bands from the Emerald Shores Beach Attendant in order to access the resort amenities, including the private beach. There is a $30 cost per stay that covers everyone in your group. Instructions on how to obtain your wrist bands will be provided after your reservation is made.
