Located along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, this condo puts you in one of the most desirable stretches of Florida`s Emerald Coast, known for its white-sand beaches, emerald water, and relaxed coastal atmosphere. Walk to the beach, local restaurants, beachfront dining, and coffee shops, or head a few minutes out to Silver Sands Premium Outlets, golf courses, watersport rentals, and family attractions. Destin and the 30A beach communities are a short drive away, making this an easy home base for families, couples, and snowbirds alike.

GETTING AROUND
Many restaurants, beach access points, and coffee shops are walkable, and Scenic Gulf Drive`s pedestrian-friendly paths are perfect for walking and biking. A car is recommended for exploring Destin and 30A, and Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.

PARKING
One labeled parking space is provided. A parking pass is located in the unit; please fill in your stay dates and display it on your dashboard. Only one vehicle is permitted on the premises, and no boats, trailers, RVs, or golf carts are allowed. Additional parking is available for a nightly fee at the Geronimo RV Park, located around the corner from the complex.

SAFETY & ACCESS
Enjoy easy self check-in with a smart lock. For added peace of mind, the door also has a deadbolt you can lock from inside during your stay. The condo is equipped with smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

You`ll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay, including:

➢ Community pool, hot tub, and grill (shared with other residents)

INITIAL SUPPLIES
We provide an initial starter set of toiletries and supplies, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for each bathroom, towels, a hair dryer, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.

● Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the condo ($1,000 minimum fine).

● No pets allowed.

● Please follow all posted rules at the community pool, hot tub, and grill area. The pool is heated from October 1st through April 1st.

● Only one vehicle is permitted on the premises. No boats, trailers, RVs, or golf carts.

● No events, parties, or large gatherings.

● Minimum age to book is 21.

● Check-in is after 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply.
