Modern and Relaxing Maravilla 4th Floor Oceanview Unit! 2 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms.

Maravilla is a top gulf-front destination located in the Destin area with 2.5 acres of private beach and is well known for it's family atmosphere and amenities. The community just completed numerous updates. Come see what Maravilla has to offer!

Our completely remodeled throughout 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is on the top floor of building #3 alongside the entrance drive. The balcony faces west and is great for sunbathing or viewing awesome sunsets. You are just steps to the marked and lighted crosswalk to our private, gated beach entrance where a new beach ramp has been installed for ease of getting down to our glorious white sand beach! There is a boardwalk on the beach side of Scenic Gulf Drive and paved path on the condo side for walking and biking. Rentals from mid-March thru October include on-site beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) - a great value! So just grab your towel and sunscreen and you are ready for the beach!

This unit was completely remodeled from top to bottom! It contains on trend colors and decor in shades of blue and grey. All new furniture was installed, which includes a queen sofa bed and LED 55in smart TV. The kitchen comes complete with modern Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and all your essentials including a Keurig Duo coffee maker! There is a dining table with comfortable seating for six.

For your sleeping comfort each bedroom contains King-size Sealy Premium pillow-top mattresses. Each bedroom also has a flat screen smart TV. There is a balcony off the master bedroom which includes a bistro table for two! Master bathroom includes a walk-in shower with 2 shower heads - a handheld and a rain shower! Second bathroom can be accessed from the main hallway or the bedroom and includes a shower with deep soaking tub.

The in-unit laundry room features full size front-loading Samsung washing machine and dryer. We also provide an iron with ironing board. There are plenty of card/board games for children and adults available in the unit. High-speed internet is included - free - as well as DIRECTV on all TV's.

We welcome you to experience our condo and take in the many local restaurants, shopping, and best of all the beautiful white sand beaches! You'll easily see why we LOVE Destin/Miramar Beach so much!

Our property is equipped with a keyless programmable keypad lock. A unique door code will be issued for the current guest and will expire upon check out.

Please note: There is no overnight parking of boats, RV's, or trailers allowed at Maravilla. The rental of two or three wheeled scooters is prohibited, however Golf Cart rentals are now allowed at Maravilla. Our excellent beach service team, La Dolce Vita (LDV), even offers on-site rental options.

The condo was clean and comfy just what we needed for a chill beach trip. Loved that there were four beach chairs set up for us every day, made it so easy to head down and relax. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials too, which made cooking a breeze.

We rented this unit last year and loved it so we decided to rent it again!!We love this condo! It’s super clean and the owners are very kind and easy to reach! I cannot think of anything negative to say!We love that it is updated! Some of my favorite things are the rain shower head in the master, the spacious laundry room, the kitchen cupboard (to hide all our snacks), ceiling fans in all the rooms and on the balcony and the comfortable beds! Another plus is that this unit comes with beach setup (seasonal) - two umbrellas and 4 chairs - which is perfect for us—— most only offer one umbrella and two chairs! And, the owner provides 4 beach towels for use — in the laundry room there was even two beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a boogie board.We cannot wait to book this place again for next year!!

Description and photos of condo are exact. It’s modern, very clean and close to the beach. We spent many mornings and evenings on the over sized balcony. The beach chair/umbrella service is invaluable in the Florida heat! Owners are very helpful and easy to get a hold of.

Great Family

My stay was just what the VRBO said it was with all of the things listed. My family and I enjoyed our stay and how close to the beach and pool were located. The two king beds were perfect for our family. Love the place and would definitely recommend and we will be back.

This property was amazing! It was very close to the ocean, very clean, and we loved the chair service that was provided when renting this condo. The condo was nicely stocked with pots/pans, cups, coffee maker, panini press, and a lot more appliances. The Maravilla property overall was nicely kept and the amenities on site were a plus (pool, ice machine, showers). It was in walking distance to 3 restaurants which we loved. We will be back!

Great location!

Condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully updated. Access to the beach was easy, and we loved not having to lug chairs and umbrellas. The resort is within walking distance to Pompano Joe’s and Kenny D’s, as well as a short drive to Skipper’s for steamed seafood. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome rental

The condo was beautiful. I’ve stayed in Maravilla many times and this was by far the nicest condo. Very clean. Upscale furnishings and very tasteful decor. Side gulf view was much better than expected with pretty landscaping and palm trees. Wonderful outdoor seating on balcony as well. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental. Looks even nicer then the beautiful pictures.

This place was beautiful!!! You can tell that the owner was detailed and took pride in the rental. The owner was attentive with check in and check out. Extremely clean with a modern vibe.
