This upscale, gated complex features a seasonally heated community pool, hot tub, and private beach access right across the street! Alerio B405 offers guests multiple flat screen TV’s, a washer/dryer, full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and a private balcony! The king master bedroom features an ensuite with double vanity sinks, soaking tub, and separate shower. There`s also a queen bed in the 1st guest room, two double beds (bunk beds) in the 2nd guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably.

***Please note, one parking space is provided with this rental. No boats, trailers, RV`s or golf carts. Additional parking is available at the Geronimo RV Parking (2 blocks away) for a daily fee.

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- No pets allowed

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21
