Our one bedroom, beachfront condo is located on the 11th floor of the most desirable building on the gulf, Beachside II. This Condo has been completely remodeled and you will find it has many of the qualities of a custom home.
As you enter the living area, you are drawn to the amazing view ahead of the famous Emerald Coast. Now you know you have arrived. The living area features a unique TV armoire with Blue Ray DVD player. The sofa is a queen size sleeper for additional accommodations.

The kitchen features lovely cabinetry, lighting, and solid granite counter tops.

The master bedroom also faces the ocean and has the same panoramic view with an entire wall of windows. It features a king-sized bed with linen headboard and tastefully appointed furnishings. The bath has custom tile work on the shower/tub enclosure and a new custom vanity with granite counter top.

Sandestin Resort has long been noted as the place to be along the Emerald Coast. The highlights include 4 world-class golf courses. A world of activities are available at the Sandestin Resort and you will be able to experience them all while staying at Beachside II.

The Village at Baytowne Wharf is not to be missed within Sandestin Resort. 'It's like New Orleans & Seaside Community all rolled into one place'. They've built New Orleans architecture, with cobblestone streets - pathways - alley's - & gas lights. There's music & food everywhere, specialty shops, candy maker shop, the village bakery, & the entire place is just dripping with atmosphere. There's something for every member of the family. Music on the green is the fare during most in-season & many other nights of the year.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:

1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a 'Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area' and / or
2. A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning area of residence of a vacationing guest.

THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:

1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period
