As you enter the Majestic Sun 812A vacation rental condo, you are greeted with a full kitchen, dining area, and a tastefully decorated living room. The first thing you will notice is sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony that offers full views of the breathtaking shore of the Gulf of Mexico. Step out onto the balcony and you can feel the fresh air rolling in from the beach. Relax in one of the lounge chairs and savor a captivating sunset. This is what vacations are all about! The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, an HDTV, and an adjoined master bathroom. The second bedroom is generous and contains a queen-size bed, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. This condo conveniently has a washer and dryer in the unit and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. With room to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, this beautiful Destin vacation rental condo is perfect for your next family vacation!


With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was very clean and had all the basics you will need. We loved the very short walk to the beach and the amenities. We will defintely stay there again. It would have been nice to have a little map showing the layout of the buildings and where everything is located.

We had quick and very friendly communication with the rental company via text (which is awesome, no waiting for a response through an app). The room itself was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed walking in for our first time to pleasant beach music playing. Location is a very very short cross walk to the beach which is PERFECT when traveling with a toddler! Our only issue was had during our stay was when visiting the property’s ice machine, there was standing water on the ground and it sent a shock through our body when we went to open the machine. Was unsure of who to mention this to, but don’t believe this is the rental company’s fault but scary nevertheless.

Great property and location

This property is awesome. Sitting on your balcony and hearing the waves. The condo had everything we needed and the elevators are super quick. The location was the best part of this rental but the overall rental was quite nice We had no issues that needed addressed and the property seemed decently maintained.

Our stay was great! The only thing that we were shocked about, was the online pictures that we looked at had a full sized and twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. This was not the case. Other than that, it was fabulous! Thanks!

This was our second stay at the same condo because it was so great the first time, and it didn't disappoint the second time. The condo was very clean. Great location to the beach and restaurants. There's great food and ice cream within walking distance, which is very convenient when you're trying to drive as little as possible while on vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable. The water pressure was amazing. The only thing that would have made it better was having a shower caddy in the shower to hold shampoo, etc. Other than that, I can't say enough great things about our stay!

We appreciated this so much especially after the last place we stayed, we had to buy cleaning supplies and clean ourselves. Also, the communication and checking in were spot on!! Not too much to be a bother, but also if I had a question, the owner was quick to respond (under 30 mins easily). We will be back for sure in the future and thank you again.

We look forward to returning!!!!
