LOCATION: This home is located Gulf front.
DETAILS: 144 Beach Drive is a luxury gulf front home located in Gulf Pines, a quaint community in Miramar Beach. This 6 bedroom/6.5 bathroom home boasts 3 master suites, a gulf front infinity pool and spacious accommodations for 21 guests.

This sophisticated four-story home is decorated with luxurious furnishings throughout and an art collection that you'll want for yourself. No details were left behind.

The first floor offers a private, separate entrance suite with a full bath, sitting area, TV, and a mini fridge.

The second floor features an open concept kitchen, living, dining room, wet bar, and walk-in pantry overlooking the beautiful water with floor-to-ceiling windows all around. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances from Viking and Sub Zero, along with 2 dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators and freezers. The wet bar includes a mini fridge, ice machine and sink. The dining table seats up to 12 guests with 5 additional seats at the kitchen countertop making dinner a family affair to remember!

A powder room is available for your guests on this floor. In addition, you'll find two master suites on the second floor, each with a private bathroom and walk-in closets. You’ll also find a full-size washer and dryer on this floor for your convenience.

Enjoy grilling out on the outside deck with an additional outdoor dining table option that seats 12 guests overlooking the beautiful Gulf. The two outdoor showers are located on either side of the deck, each with access to the master suites. The upper deck features a seating area with a sofa and two chairs plus the dining area. The lower deck includes lounge chairs with an infinity pool and hot tub. The views of the Gulf can't be beat!

The third floor has two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a bunk bed, which has a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed up top. Another full-size washer and dryer are located on this floor for your convenience. There is a desk with a printer for your use. A playroom is located in the center of this floor with a pull-out couch and 62”TV along with video games, such as Nintendo 64 & Wii.

The fourth floor serves as the perfect penthouse. It features a large, open, and spacious master bedroom with windows all around so you feel like you are up in the sky. It also has a private balcony overlooking the Gulf. There are two bathrooms located on this floor, each with a toilet. One has a stand-up shower and one has a walk-in tub. A walk-in closet is also located on this floor.

The home is located in the heart of Miramar Beach, close to an abundance of shopping, restaurants and nightlife, and is literally steps away from the white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. This house is truly a luxurious oasis on one of the most beautiful and coveted beaches in the world.

Wonderful experience

This place hit the spot for our family of 10. Because the house was empty we were allowed to check in early (thank goodness) and the littles immediately hit the beach. The pool was a lifesaver, lots of room on the outdoor deck and a short walk to the ocean. Loved the kitchen! It had everything we needed as we ate in most meals. The house was roomy with beautiful artwork. Had plenty of beach towels and we made use of the two washers and dryers on site. A great place to make wonderful memories!

Wonderful Property!

This beautiful house is very up to date with top of the line appliances and beautiful interior. We particularly found the 2 washers and 2 dryers as well as 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators and other extra appliances so helpful. The house is located very close to shopping and is of course right on the beautiful beach, which was prepared for us daily with lounging chairs and umbrellas. The property was very clean and the host responded quickly to any questions.

Miramar Beach Family 2024

The property was beautiful! Very well maintained, organized, and very clean!! We were all pleased with our stay. Our group ranged from 1-65 years of age. The elevator was a life saver. There were 17 of us and the place was spacious enough for all. The kitchen was fabulous!!! It was so put together! Thank you to the label maker! Finally a dining table that could fit all of us! The bedrooms and bathrooms were tastefully decorated and we enjoyed the whimsical artwork throughout the house. The beach was just right off the deck. Our chairs and umbrellas were set up early every day. The infinity pool was most welcomed at the end of the day and when the ocean became too strong. Working with Kelly was a breeze. She got back to me quickly on everything!!! We appreciate having the owners opening up their beach home for us!

Our second year staying here!

We have stayed here for two consecutive years, so that says a lot for the home! Right on a beautiful beach and close to a grocery store and activities! Weather didn’t cooperate but the kids enjoyed the pool! Katy was quick to answer questions we had so we appreciated her. The home is spacious enough for a large family! We were able to spread out and have our own private spaces. Would recommend this lovely home😊

Felt like home “Amazing”

I have stayed many of places on the beach. Anywhere from hotels, condos and homes. This home far exceeded every expectation. We already booked it for another vacation this summer. They had everything you would possibly need for a great time at the beach. You could tell that the family that owns the home takes pride in sharing it with others such as my family.

Great house and location on beach with pool for a family reunion. We had a baby and 2 small kids and 13 adults. Perfect layout and accommodations. Short walk to beach. Elevator was mandatory for father-in-law and made the stay easy. Nintendo though doesn't hook up to TV-you need to bring your own cords. Having all the amenities made it so much easier and enjoyable. Beautiful home!

Our family has been coming to Florida for several years now. This beautiful home is now our favorite! As soon as you walk in from the entry, your view is of the amazing teal water and the white sugar sand! This home is the most appointed one we’ve stayed in yet. Has everything you need. Don’t pack beach towels, there are so many. Games, pool toys, kayaks(which we loved), boogie boards, water table for the littles, ect. It has it all!! It’s right on the beach which made it so easy for coming and going back to swim in the infinity pool. My grands loved it! We had a tiny hiccup (no fault of the owners) and Kelly fixed it quickly. What an excellent host! We definitely would stay here again!

Celebrating 50 Years of Marriage with Family

We brought our whole family of 13 to celebrate 50 years of being together. 5 families had their own bedrooms and bathrooms to themselves, which made life a whole lot better for everyone. House was huge, had everything you needed. We asked for pool to be heated (was there in March) and this was a plus for all of that wanted to get into the pool. Beach was right behind the house and all of us walked the beach on several occasions. Was very easy to get to any of the activities you would choose to do when in Florida.
