This 4th floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo at Ariel Dunes II has a layout unlike anything else on the Emerald Coast — a full master suite plus built-in hallway bunk beds with their own half bath, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. We call the view from the balcony the "triple threat" — look down over the pool, across the lake, and out to the ocean all at once.
BEDROOM & BATH
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with pull-out storage drawers underneath, plenty of space to unpack, and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The master bathroom also holds the in-unit washer and dryer and connects jack-and-jill style to a second half bath off the hallway — plenty of space and privacy for everyone.
In the hallway, two built-in bunk beds with XL twin mattresses sleep kids or adults comfortably. It's a fun, unique setup that gives this 1-bedroom the sleeping capacity of a much bigger condo.
The queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds a third sleeping area — king bed + two XL twin bunks + sleeper sofa = 6 guests.
KITCHEN & LIVING
The kitchen has granite countertops, plenty of cabinet storage, and comes fully stocked with pots, pans, and all cooking utensils. A Keurig Duo handles both ground coffee and K-Cups — bring your favorite.
The open-concept living room has comfortable seating and a mounted smart TV with access to all streaming apps — just log in with your own credentials. A large wall of glass doors leads to the outdoor patio.
The patio is oversized with table seating for 4 and a small couch — perfect for morning coffee, meals, or evening wind-downs with views of the pool, the lake, and the ocean beyond.
ABOUT THE RESORT
Ariel Dunes is a well-maintained resort with large pools, a hot tub, a 24/7 private gym, and beautiful common grounds with pathways for walking, biking, or jogging. The beach is a short 3-5 minute walk from the property.
OTHER INFORMATION
We provide dish pods, laundry pods, and extra trash bags so you can travel light. All renters must be 25 or older (except children with adults). Photo ID will be requested to ensure renters are of age.
