Our condo is located on the ground floor with open views to the lush grounds and sand dunes and peeks of the sparkling gulf behind the sand dunes. The convenient ground floor location provides easy access to the heated pool, hot tub and the boardwalk to the white sands of Sandestin.

My husband, our 13 year old, and I loved our stay. It was conveniently located to the pool and beach. I loved that we didnt have to bring our own beach towels and chairs. We enjoyed our stay at this condo on the beach in Sandestin. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed the beach chairs they provided. Great beach condo

The condo was on the first floor and pretty much as close as you can get to the pool/beach access. Very convenient location within the building, and the condo itself had plenty of space for our family of 3. The Sandestin resort property is very nice, and Miramar Beach is beautiful with white sand and crystal clear water. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a weekend getaway at the beach

Perfect spot

This is the perfect spot. Pool and beach are under 1 minute away. It’s on the first floor so there is a back yard for the kids to run around. That area is fully fenced and the pool and beach are gated and require a passcode so it’s perfect for safety of littles. The parking lot is super close as well so the in/out is so easy. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and sand toys included. Truly an effortless vacation spot.
