Guests can access the beach from both levels and a huge beach-level deck is the perfect extension of the house. Guests will find an outdoor living area on the deck with immediate walk-out access to the beach and a prep area with sink, plus a grill. This is the ideal place to spend most of your time - grilling, relaxing, and taking a break from being on the beach!

Inside on the main level a beautiful open floor plan on the second level includes a dining area with a spectacular view of the beach, cozy living room seating five with coastal decor, and a lovely kitchen with a backsplash reminiscent of sea glass. Stainless steel appliances, a beverage cooler and ample counter space create a perfect environment for any home cook to prepare a meal with ease. A bunk room is also available on this level with two sets of twin/twin bunks, and a shared bathroom nearby.

Bogey's offers two bedrooms and a laundry area on the first floor, a lovely queen bedroom with private bathroom and a large king bedroom that boasts a beach view, private bathroom with dual sinks, plus a balcony that leads to the beach access and the main floor.

The primary bedroom can be found in the loft of the main level that offers a stunning view of the water even from the shower! This loft includes a king bed, additional twin, and a pull out couch plus a large private ensuite with a rain head shower.
