Perfect for my needs

This condo exceeded my expectations. Check-in was easy and ahead of schedule. The space was clean and larger than expected. Having the laundry was an added bonus for us who were visiting for a baseball tournament. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good and so easy to make better

This was most everything we wanted/needed for our visit to the Destin beaches. The condo is relatively small but was plenty big enough for my wife and me. We were notified a day before we arrived that beach towels weren't included but since we drove down from Iowa, it was too late to grab ours...we ended up buying a couple down there. Seems odd to me that you have a beach side condo and don't have 4 beach towels available. The chair and umbrella service was nice and we utilized every day. There seemed to be a possibility of "reserving" spots but never figured that out. Another easy fix would be having a kitchen rag and hand towel available...if they were there we never located them. The final "easy fix" I would recommend is having a portable cooler available to use...a much appreciated benefit for days spent on the beach. Bernadette was very helpful and responsive when we had questions/issues which was MUCH appreciated.

Beautiful condo, super clean & wonderful host!! Had everything we needed except ceiling fan over couch didn’t work. Overall great weekend getaway and definitely will return! Pool was hot but temperatures are excessive right now. A little hike to beach but beautiful view from balcony.

Beach Vacation

The owner was very very helpful before our trip. My dad had some unexpected back surgery before our trip and ended up needing a wheel chair and walker. The owner was gracious enough to have the cleaning crew measure doorways for us. The room was nice and clean. It was also not overly cluttered by furniture. My dad travels with his own sleeping chair so it was nice to be able to set that up without rearranging the entire condo. He was able to zip around the room no problem. The bed slept great! We have stayed in marvilla several times but this was our first time in this room. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Very relaxing stay

The condo was as described and very clean. The beach was literally across the street with very comfy umbrellas and lounge chairs and crystal clear water! My only constructive criticism would be to put a Roku or fire stick in the main room for movies when the weather is crummy out or when relaxing after a day at the beach. But other than that easy fix, it was a wonderful stay with a VERY responsive hostess.

This condo is wonderful! Clean, close to the ocean, restaurants and shopping. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. The best part is I was allowed to bring my dog. Highly recommend this condo for a Mirmar Beach vacation.
