The Space
Step inside this beautiful 3rd-floor condo and be drawn to the breathtaking Gulf Coast views from the open-plan living area. The star of the show is the super-sized private balcony, furnished with a dining table and comfy seating – the perfect spot for sunrises and sunsets.
The living room is designed for relaxation with a plush sofa, two reclining chairs, and a 65” Smart TV. For those on a workcation, a dedicated workspace with a desk and inspiring water views is provided.
The fully equipped kitchen features a spacious breakfast bar with seating for eight, plus an additional dinette for four. An adjacent utility room houses a full-size washer and dryer and a convenient beverage cooler.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom 1: King bed, power recliner, Smart TV, direct balcony access, and a private ensuite bathroom with two vanities and a large tiled shower.
Primary Bedroom 2: King bed, 50” Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a vanity and tiled shower.
Guest Bedroom 3: Two custom bunks (one twin-over-twin, one twin-over-full), a 50” Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub-shower combination.

Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire top-floor condominium. Your stay includes full access to the shared community pool. The building elevator opens conveniently right by the front door of the unit.
Public beach access is located directly across the street.
Guests are also welcome to use the private garage for parking one vehicle and for storing the provided beach gear, which includes:
Beach chairs
Umbrella
Stroller
Rolling beach cart
Four bikes

Other Notes
This is an exclusive, low-rise building with only four units total. Your condo is on the top (3rd) floor, sharing the level with only one other unit, ensuring a peaceful and private stay.
We provide a starter supply of basic essentials like paper towels, bath tissue, and dish/laundry detergent to get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed for the remainder of their stay.
Grocery Delivery: We have partnered with a local service for optional pre-arrival grocery delivery to save you time.

No student or chaperoned groups.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. For cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in, a processing fee may apply.
Parking: There is space for 2 vehicles.
