The house was very spacious for big groups and had everything we needed. The Host and property management company were excellent in communication. Close walk to the beach. Beach is gorgeous, just very crowded for being a gated beach.

This house is incredible! The layout is perfect with several different living areas so that the guests can spread out if desired (1st floor - main living room, outside “kitchen” area, pool deck; 2nd floor and 3rd floor - common areas; 4th floor - rooftop deck). The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, including two dishwashers which came in very handy. Each floor has a small drink refrigerator. Every bedroom has a bathroom, eliminating the bottleneck of trying to get ready by taking turns in a shared bathrooms.The location is great. It is just a short walk to get to the beach. Although the Scenic Gulf Road can get very busy, cars always stopped to let pedestrians cross or for you to pull out of the street where the house is. From there it is a short block to a 4 way stop and you can tun to quickly get on 98, so traffic isn’t an issue like so many other places. Also it is a short walk to Pomano Joe’s restaurant if you want to go out without having to drive.I could go on and on listing the attributes of this house, but I’ll just stop here and say I highly recommend it. I will add that the rental agency was very responsive and helpful the few times I called them. Also a word of caution - I would NOT recommend renting this house or any other in the area if you are planning to hold a wild, drunken party. Walton County Sheriff’s Dept apparently takes that very seriously and we heard of a few evictions and arrests of minors holing house parties.

Great stay

Very new, wonderful beach home with great accommodations. Everything worked great and the home was well stocked with everything you need for a stay, particularly kitchen items. Bedrooms were spacious and home had a great layout for a large family to feel very comfortable. The backyard pool and outdoor kitchen area as well as rooftop seating area made for nice variety to spend outdoor time. Highly reccommend.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Destin was serene and relaxing! The home was equipped with all your kitchen needs, plenty of room for a large family, small spaces if you want to hideout and read a book or watch tv, balconies and a large rooftop! My family had an amazing time!

Beautiful home and location made our vacation great!

This home is in a great, convenient location. About a minute walk to the entrance of a beautiful private beach. Chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach is so nice. The house is beautifully done. So much room throughout, and the outdoor area with the pools was excellent. We loved it all. Beach reunion management were so easy to deal with and accommodating. It would have been nice if some kitchen spices etc. were at the home, as most rentals have these, so we didn't have to bring them with. Also, directions on running appliances would have been nice. We figured it out, though. My entire family totally enjoyed their time there.

so relaxing

our stay was a very relaxing week, Beach Reunion did a great job making sure our stay was great. the house was roomy and pool was a good spot for the kids. would highly recommend this house and Beach Reunion to anybody.
