***Construction Notice – August 2026 through March 2027***
Blue Surf will be undergoing a multi-phase exterior renovation project beginning August 2, 2026, with work currently anticipated to continue through approximately March 31, 2027. The project includes replacing windows and sliding glass doors, updating balconies and railings, and removing and replacing the building's stone façade. These improvements are designed to enhance the property for years to come.
The renovation schedule is currently planned as follows:
East Building:
Units #1–#5: August 2 – September 25, 2026
Units #6–#9: September 1 – October 15, 2026
North Building:
All North Building Units #10 - #17: October 2 – December 31, 2026
West Building:
Units #18–#21: January 1 – February 15, 2027
Units #22–#25: February 2 – March 31, 2027
Please note that all construction dates are estimates and are subject to change due to weather, unforeseen conditions, or project scheduling.
Guests staying during an active construction phase may occasionally experience construction noise during normal daytime working hours and may see contractors and equipment on the property. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, and all community amenities, including beach access and the pool, are expected to remain available unless otherwise noted.

Welcome to Blue Surf 15B! This unit has some of the best views at Blue Surf. Guests can choose from 2 balconies that overlook the complex pool and has GREAT views of the Gulf. If you look really hard, you may even see a dolphin out in the distance.
15B has been updated in 2021 including new paint, new vinyl plank flooring throughout, new quartz countertops in the kitchen, new furnishings and decor and a new king bed in primary bedroom. New living room furniture was purchased in 2023.
The kitchen is spacious and is fully stocked with a dual Keurig coffee maker, blender, crockpot, pots, pans and skillets, wine glasses, etc. There is plenty of cabinet space and a small pantry. There is also seating for 6 at the kitchen table with a TV to watch the news while cooking breakfast for the family.
You will also find a front load washer and dryer on this level in the hallway.
This townhome unit has a bedroom and full bath on both floors. Each are located at opposite ends of the townhome. This provides more privacy to families traveling together.
There is a queen size bed in the 1st floor bedroom and a new queen size air mattress provided for additional sleeping space. You will not be disappointed with the amount of closet and drawer space. The 1st floor bath has a tub/shower combo. The bedroom has sliding glass doors with room darkening curtains. This leads out to the 1st of 2 balconies, each with new Adirondack patio furniture.
The living room has new couch and chair. There is a 52" smart TV as well as a DVD player in the living room. The living room also has the 2nd set of sliding glass doors leading out to the 3rd level balcony with breathtaking views ~ don't forget to look for the dolphins.
The primary bedroom is off the living room. In there you will find a new king size bed, plantation shutters for privacy and plenty of closet space. There is a walk-in shower in the bathroom.
Blue Surf 15B also features two reserved parking places and private, high-speed Internet service from Cox Cable. You should have no problem getting access to the Internet or streaming media with this private Wi-Fi system.
At Blue Surf you will enjoy spacious grounds, close beach access, lush tropical landscaping, 4 new charcoal grills, a seasonally heated pool, newly resurfaced shuffleboard court, and convenient access to area restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, golf courses, and other activities.
From March to November, complimentary daily beach service of two chairs and an umbrella is set up for you on the beach. This is a value of $500 for a week's visit.
Pompano Joe's, a landmark seafood restaurant on the beach, located across the street. Pomp's host happy hour daily from 3-5pm with drink and food specials. Enjoy their downstairs beach bar and put your feet in the sand while enjoy a cold adult beverage.
BEACH SERVICE IS INCLUDED FROM MARCH THROUGH EARLY NOVEMBER! Thats right.....2 chairs/ 1 umbrella will be set up for you at the beach each and every day of your visit. Set up times are daily 9am - 5pm CST.
Located in the heart of Scenic Highway 98, Blue Surf is close to all types of dining options as well as shopping and area attractions. Blue Surf is well positioned along Scenic Gulf Drive. It is across the street from Pompano Joe's Seafood House. Headed east down Scenic Gulf Drive it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the Dairy Queen and Bad Ass Coffee. Headed west you will have the options of Kenny D's or Captain Dave's to dine. There are dozens of other restaurants, groceries, retail shops, the outlet mall within a couple of miles. If you take a short drive down to the Harbor's of Destin you will find lots of fun things to do as well. Water slides for the kids, miniature golf, amusement rides, or just sit on the Harbor at one of the many places to eat and watch the fishing boats arrive with their catch of the day.
