"This place was amazing! Directly on the beach. It had views from the decks of the beach and water. We saw dolphins and the sunsets will not be forgotten. It was well equipped with floats, chairs, boogie boards, and toys. The grandparents stayed downstairs and basically had their own place, living area, bedroom, well designed full kitchen, and access to their own beachfront balcony. Important Details About Sunset Tranquility:
• Pets. We allow one small hypoallergenic dog upon payment of the pet fee and compliance with our pet addendum.
• Safety/security. The home does have inside noise/crowd-gathering sensors (non-recording) and cameras (Cameras are over the front parking/entry and over the back deck for security).
• Accessibility. There are no stairs to enter from the front driveway/parking into the 1st-floor living area and bedroom. Inside, we have stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the outside back decks have spiral stairs from floor to floor. Lastly, there are stairs from the bottom floor deck to the beach.
Additional Important Details and Notes
• Guest Requirements: For your security, we require an ID upload for age verification, a signed rental agreement, and completion of our online check-in process prior to arrival. Background screening may be conducted.
• Check-in/Out: We cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials (bathroom tissue, kitchen paper towels, coffee, laundry pods) to last 1-2 days. Please plan to purchase any additional items you will need for your stay.
• Safety & Security: The home is equipped with exterior security cameras covering the front parking/entry area and the back deck. There are also non-recording interior sensors to detect noise/crowd-gathering, which do not record audio or video.
• Accessibility: There are no stairs to enter the 1st-floor living area and bedroom from the driveway. However, there are interior stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors, spiral stairs connecting the outdoor decks, and stairs from the bottom deck down to the beach.
• Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The Atlantic hurricane season is from June to November, and we do not offer cancellations or refunds related to weather events.
• Damage Protection: Your reservation includes Accidental Damage Protection up to $1500.

This is a no-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed in the house or on any of the outdoor decks.

Please be respectful of our property and leave it in as good of condition as you find it. Keep the BBQ clean and bag all trash and place it in receptacles in front of the house.
Host reserves the right to charge guest if, upon departure, we find excessive dirt, sand, un-bagged trash left inside the house or if the furniture has been moved between floors, excess wear and tear to the unit or furniture.
