Country house with private access to the Drôme River

This unique holiday home called the Turbine owes its name to a turbine once installed in this building (located about 150 metres downstream from the Batelier bridge over the Drôme). The turbine's feed water came through a canal. This building was part of the Latune paper mills, the name of the current owners. Industrial heritage, bucolic setting, view of the Trois Becs, days punctuated by swimming: come and live in the Drômoise!
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
