I was told breakfast was done at 10 o'clock came in twice at 9:30 and breakfast was already put up unacceptable heater in the room only worked half the time and the wifi hooked to the TV went out on my third night and the manger had it to where you couldn't reconnect not recommend

Staff and check in were great. Our room was not. Our door handle was broken so after a trip up to the room, we had to go back down for the employee to explain how to open the door. Once in the room, we found the heater didn’t work. There was a space heater in the room but that is a huge safety concern. Our bathtub also did not drain well so you have to stand in a tub of water while you shower. We also were only given two towels for four people and were told they didn’t have any more clean and that we would have to wait until morning. I had high hopes with the ratings all being so high so maybe we just got the bad apple room.

Our entire stay was perfect. Check in was great, room was perfect, everything was nice and clean. And breakfest was top notch!!! We come to minot every couple of months and this is one of 2 places we try to stay at.

Overall, everything was fine for the low price we paid. A few things would make it exceptional, though. A bit of general cleaning, maintenance and repairs would go a LONG way. We checked in to a room that the door latch barely worked on - it was difficult to get in. Not overly clean. The heat didn't work, no cover on electrical outlets! We requested a room with heat (ND winter). Next room had heat but very little temp control. Shower broken, dispensers ripped off wall, laying there. No room service for the two days we were there (not a problem but not great). Blind on window didn't work so lights shining in all night. Breakfast was ok, but not real great, not overly clean. Overall, fine for the price, but could be one of the best with a bit of effort.
