Good budget hotel

We found the hotel to be reasonable for the price, as we mainly used it as a place to return to and sleep in the evenings. It appears to be undergoing some repairs and construction during parts of the day and evening, which was noticeable but not overly disruptive. We didn’t use the pool, as it looked rather murky from above. However, the beds were clean and comfortable, which was our main priority. We did have difficulty reaching staff to request a hair dryer — we were told we’d receive a call back but never did. Thankfully, a kind housekeeping staff member went out of her way to bring one from another room, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is quite dated, with mismatched furniture and towels, but cleanliness was satisfactory and that mattered most to us. The television could have been a bit larger for evening viewing, but we were pleasantly surprised by the clearly labeled gluten-free options at the breakfast buffet each morning — a thoughtful touch that stood out.

I have no issues with this hotel. Management is great. Only hiccup was that large area is having renovations done so I wasn’t able to get hot water for shower. BUT a small sacrifice to endure to improve the features for more years of great service to come. Great place.

Terrible househeeping

I called ahead to check to confirm the pool and hot tub were operational. It was confirmed by the agent working after checking in and trying the hot tub. We found it cold and when asked we were told the pump was not working. On top of that there was food in the loom area on table and on the floor. This was not cleaned up for the two nights we were at the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. Even for a last resort

The description of the rooms said sound proof. We were woke up at 7am Saturday morning to a loud TV and a loud barking dog next to us for the entire morning! Noise from the pool was very loud as well. The TV was very small and very old! The shower was the tiniest shower I've ever showered in, and so was the entire bathroom. The alarm clock in our room went off at 6am on Sunday, we hadnt set an alarm. Thenroom seem updated but wasnt the cleanest. Other parts of the the hotel seemed older and rundown. The breakfast was amazing!

Great location for shopping, room was very clean and comfortable, likely renovated in recent memory. Beds were comfy and the breakfast was decent. Nice little bar area at the entrance. Front desk staff very friendly! For the price, would recommend highly.
