A Comfy Classic

The historic vibe of this place is central to its charm. It is beginning to show some wear, but it remains comfortable, with excellent food and great service. Small perks like high tea service (via reservation) and an old fashioned brunch downstairs in The Drake add to the ambience. It’s central to activities in both the Twin Cities, and just 15 minutes from the airport. We always enjoy our stays.

My room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and professional. The location was close to most things downtown St. Paul. I was able to walk most places. Restaurants were close by as well.

It was a lovely hotel with a great restaurant and bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to the Bellman, James who kindly shuttled us to dinner with friends and first made sure we were at the correct address before leaving us in a strange area. We would definitely stay here again.
