This was truly an exceptional hotel stay. We pick different hotels to stay at each time we travel to Minneapolis-St. Paul. All of our hotel stays are downtown and we've tried approximately a dozen hotels. The Marquette was by far the best experience, had the most comfortable accommodations, and had the best parking of any downtown hotel we've stayed at. The daily rate was less expensive for parking than the hotel price, so we paid 10 dollars a night for parking - considerably less expensive than any other in the downtown area. We stayed Friday and Saturday night and the vibe in the area outside of the hotel was quiet, clean, and safe. The bed was incredible, sofa was great to sit or lay out on, and the shower was THE best shower of any hotel we've ever stayed in. The water pressure and abundant supply of hot water was shocking. Even though we love to diversify our hotel experiences, my husband and I have decided to rebook this hotel whenever possible. The staff - from front desk to room service to housekeeping was reliable, helpful, and very polite. This hotel feels miles classier than the price tag suggests.
