Room was good, clean, BIG! BREAKFAST WAS OK, just like everyothercont. Breakfast. Front desk checkin lady was unfriendly. We had 2 rooms..wanted them close to each other..she said they are on the same floor..literally didn't try to accommodate us..not sure she even looked at us. Check out in the morning was nice, friendly, and even smiled!!

The staff during check in was so not welcoming. I even smiled extra and repeated my "hi" with a "how are you?".. only for her to just ask if i was checking in. My kids and i were really stunned as it felt like we were not supposed to be there, but i didn't want to start something that might ruin the rest of our evening. I know people have their own personal problems that might show up at work, but not even saying hi or welcome, was absurd.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, quiet, and felt safe and elegant. The price was also very reasonable for the quality offered. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by the attitude of the staff member working the night check-in. She was unfriendly and unwelcoming, and it felt as though assisting guests was an inconvenience. After a long day of driving, a basic level of courtesy and warmth is something travelers truly appreciate. Everything about the hotel itself was excellent, but the lack of friendliness at check-in took away from an otherwise great stay.

SpringHills Suites Hotel is great for families, and the location is very convenient with many restaurants nearby. The only things I didn’t like were the limited breakfast variety and the pool — the hot tub pool and the pool water was too cold in the winter, so we couldn’t really enjoy it.
