Royal Oaks Retreat w/ Keyless Entry & Pool Access

The intimate apartment is 1Bd1Ba with a separate entrance, keyless entry and shared pool, conveniently located in the northern suburb of Shoreview. It is easily accessible off 35W and is only minutes from the National Sports Center and the PGA 3M Open.

The is a one bedroom with a queen sized bed, a collapsible desk (to make more space in the room) and desk chair, a television with Roku (you can program it using your own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc., accounts, and on the day you check out the account access will all be removed).

There is also a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker, a few dishes, and silverware as well. We provide coffee, sugar, etc mugs, as well as to-go cups so you be all set for a great stay!!

The large bathroom has heated floors, lots of counter and storage space, and a large shower. The fantastic water pressure is one of the things people tell us they love about staying here! It’s just a great space to get ready in.

We provide sound machines just in case you hear any sort of noise from us - especially during quiet hours of 10pm-7am.

Outside the apartment is a small patio area overlooking the pool and the gardens - set up just for you. This is a lovely place for you to sit with your morning coffee and listen to the birds that fill the large tree filled backyard.

This is a very quiet executive neighborhood… so if you are looking for a place to get away from the crowds and relax for a bit… this is it!
