The hotel was in the perfect spot, walkable to all the stadiums. Clean and super nice. The hotel bar was great too with great service. Besides the loser protesters downtown, was a great stay in Minneapolis.

Overpriced and the staff will try and give you a bad (windowless) room unless you stand up for yourself. I was offered a bad room with no windows—can you imagine? I told them no—and then all of a sudden I got a city view. I also did not get a 12 pm check out. All in all overpriced for what it is with disingenuous staff. No thanks I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the servers at the Wood + Paddle Eatery 😊 Very clean and comfy beds.

I had called to say that the stay was for a wedding. Not sure if that note made it to or was read by the weekend staff. The hotel restaurant did a great job with champagne and treats. Hotel staff did not do well on housekeeping which I asked for and was ignored. They also offered no compensation for the oversight. Probably would not recommend for a special occasion.
