No housekeeps cause it was Labor Day . The kid at the front desk was doing everything all alone . Said he was working a 24 hours shift which seems outrageous and illegal . But when i checked out he was gone already. My room was great . Was a used bar of soap on bathroom, no real wash clothes and tv remote didn’t work. Guest above my room stomped all night. Outside of that everything was fine.

The keybcards repeatedly malfunctioned. Front desk woke me up checking rooms at 1045 pm. They did not know which rooms were occupied. Room above me was very noisy after 1100 pm Hallways were dirty. Room had garbage under bed and behind desk.

Staff had horrible attitudes .. and the one told me the laundro room was closed all weekend, when it's open, twenty four hours. I think anybody would be upset. I had to go to the laundromat after staying in a hotel that had washers and dryers for me to use. But I was glad to, and now they made it so I can't go back which is not fair. Worst experience ever! The hotel was dirty, the smell in the hallway, the carpet were horrible. The area of the hotel isn’t safe. Occupant fighting in the room. They had ppl messing up with the fire alarm. Junkies wandering in the hotel, reception staff & security was unprofessional, and had attitude. Was checked me in to a room 2ce that was occupied, was turned away stating there was no room and after 2-3 hours saying there was rooms but wasn’t sure if they were clean and refused to check. Yet checking ppl into it. I spent 5hours at reception at mid night since about 1am sorting out checking in, without being later checked in and later kicked out by security at about 5am.
