Our stay wasn't a stay because even though we paid for our reservation, the rude front desk person told us it was first come first serve and were turned away. We won't stay at Motel 6 ever again.

Our stay never happened. We were refused our room because both of us didnt have IDs. Nowhere did it say we needed ID for both of us or we wouldn't have reserved the room. The staff claimed they were "collecting ID information", which seems really shady.

Bed side lights did not work. Left side did not turn on at all. Right side flickered constantly when turned on. No microwave in room. No fridge. 2nd night the fire alarm activated around 6-630pm for about 5 minutes. I seemed to be the only guest to actually evacuate. No explanation or all clear from staff. I had to approach a fire fighter that was deployed on site to ask if we should fully evacuate. He said not to worry. I do not recommend.
