This very spacious main level unit will exceed expectations in detail of comfort and style. Recently renovated and furnished it boasts a charming 1300 sqft.- there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your family and friends. The Living Room is in the front and has a large desk in front of the south facing windows - perfect for watching life stroll by as you work. Beyond the living room is the dining area which can accommodate 8. This unit has a full sized kitchen, complete with center island and plenty of counter space to set out a festive buffet! in the very back off of the kitchen is a spacious bedroom with Queen bed. There is a walk-in closet and plenty of room to store luggage. The bathroom is located off of the kitchen area; just a few steps from the bedroom. It has a walk -in shower and is comfortably sized to meet your needs. When the weather cooperates be sure to utilize the charming large front porch; there is a place to sit and visit and a bistro table and chairs to enjoy an informal meal El Fresco! On the colder days click on the electric fireplace in living room to cozy up the space. You will quickly make this place your home away from home while taking in all the unique shops, restaurants, and homes this wonderful historic area offers.

    Saint Paul Grand Hill

    This property was perfect for our needs- visiting with family, close to restaurants, close to the fair. We had a great stay and look forward to our next visit on Grand Hill!

          Charming stay at Summit Hill

          Our stay at Summit Hill exceeded expectations! We loved the location which was ideal for us so close to family in a lovely neighborhood. Our unit was very roomy and well-appointed, with just the right mix of older house charm and up-to-date decor. I especially liked the convenience of the desk and wi-fi center, and the well-stocked bookshelves. We appreciated the amplecookware and attractive dishes during our two-week stay, and were delighted to dine in with family, just like "home." If I had one suggestion, it would be for brighter reading lights in the bedroom, which in other respects was very comfortable. We are traveling seniors, and find good lighting helpful. All in all, we would not hesitate to recommend The Summit Hill first floor unit very highly. Loved our stay, and found our host most helpful.

            The BEST of the best!

            This first floor unit is well located providing us with many opportunities to walk to restaurants, deli, several coffee shops and beautiful walks on Grand Hill. The unit is clean and well equipped and always a delight to stay in. We never miss the opportunity when we need to be in St Paul. Look forward to returning.
