I've stayed at couple LivInn properties now and they're the only hotel I think of when I'm visiting the Minneapolis & St Paul areas. They're friendly, helpful, pet-friendly (sometimes I have to travel with my cats), cost effective, and always clean.

Superb customer service!

Customer service is top notch here! Beds were semi comfy and bathrooms were kindof loud from the upstairs unit. Other than that, breakfast was good with a few selections. The AC unit worked great and a quiet hotel stay with no major issues. Will definitely return.

Large comfortable room, good service at the desk. We were right by a lake, but for some reason it was blocked off which was disappointing. We could walk to a restaurant for our supper which is always nice after traveling several hours.

Horrible unclean unlivable overbooked scam

Disgusting room. Horrible check in staff. Do not stay here. It smelled disgusting and looked horrible..bathroom looked clogged. The vent of air blowing out was dusty and gross. Carpet was dirty. Everything was beyond gross. We went down to front desk to ask for a different room, and were told they had none. We asked for a refund since we couldn't stay there and they had no room for us, and they said since we booked through this, they couldn't give a refund. We left there without a room and without a refund and had to book another hotel late at night with young sleepy kids. We are out the cost of the initial booking too since this also wouldn't refund us. Do yourself a favor and avoid this disgusting poorly staffed horrible hotel and never book through an outside party.

Very nice employee's rooms are very nice and clean. Also the bible and brochure on getting to know Jesus was an amazing gift from the hotel. Thank you for the awesome breakfast.
