One of the rooms smelled horrible, the entire weekend. The jacuzzi is broken even though it states all over the website that it’s running. The lobby is nice but the rooms themselves are falling apart and not very updated. The breakfast was very limited

I picked this location because the other LaQuinta a few miles away looks like a drug house. This location was in a much better area and the pictures and description showed a well kept property. I was quite taken aback by the poor upkeep and condition of our room, which was the only suite left when we arrived, having checked in online hours earlier. We chose to not have our room serviced, just getting clean towels and coffee as needed. One chair in the "living room" was scratched up, (cat?) worn and filthy.We did not sit on it. I had to put a sheet over the sofa to sit on it due to the spots. The patio doors are screwed shut so you cant get any fresh air. (Supposedly someone jumped from an upper floor) I killed a cricket or roach the last day. (All the doors in the suite sèmed ill fitting.)The shuttle service was the one saving grace that got us to the airport on time. This hotel needs a total revamp, or tear down. I took pictures of the condtion of the room to assure I got my 100.00 deposit back. Much too expensive for it's condition and amenities. Will never stay there again.

Airport shuttle was not available when we left in the morning so we had to take an uber. When we were ready to be picked up I followed the printed instructions given to us, phone rang for ten minutes before someone picked up, and was then told the instructions were wrong and to call back when we were in the right place. When I got to the right place and called back, another 5 or 6 minutes of ringing until someone picked up. Shuttle driver was nice though.

While the room was clean, there were several areas that need maintenance. The shower curtain was moldy, a towel bar was broken, and the air conditioner loud. The phone was out of order, many of the outlets didn’t work, nor could we get the tv on. One of the lights wouldn’t turn on. The hallways were quite dark, including by the elevators where it was very noticeably dim. Check in was slow and I didn’t feel particularly welcome. The breakfast schedule was too limited. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Great friendly staff, good breakfast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel is starting to show up ya age and wear and tear. Some updating and fixing of broken things (flooring, trims, etc) would definitely go a long way ☺️

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The first set of 2 rooms we were given smelled horrible. One smelled like pet urine and the other cigarette smoke. The second set of rooms smelled much better and were clean. The hotel is dated but for the price we paid I’m ok with it. Location was fairly convenient for us. I would consider this hotel in the future.
