No pool, not clean, stay somewhere else

Breakfast was somehow flavorless, not very good. Black mold in bathroom, drywall coming apart. No pool, no shuttle service, elevator is a little sketchy too. Customer service was rough at night, morning was good.

The room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really really good. There were plenty of varieties. The staff were very nice too. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this place. If we ever visit minneapolis again, we will definitely consider staying here again.

Property needs major updates.had cereal and no milk toast didn't fit the toaster. Parking lot full of holes. Thought I was in the us . When front desk person couldn't speak very good English

The room smelled horrible. They had spots on the ceiling that looked like mold and had a dehumidifier running in our room like there was a water problem. The bedside lamp didn’t work and the cable was out. When talking with the desk clerk he didn’t think it was his problem. Only thing decent was the breakfast but don’t get there too late as they don’t refill.
