The staff was fantastic! The room was clean. Food was great. The few things that could worked on. No remote in the room. They should have numbers on the back of the remotes to know which one to whick TV. I had to manualy turn off and on the TV. Which is not a problem. But that is why we ha e remotes to where we don't ha e to get out the warm bed. The bed was way too soft. Then there is a sag in the middle.
