The initial room they put me in the AC didn’t work. They sent a lovely maintenance man. The problem was something he couldn’t fix quickly. However they did move us to another room and the AC worked and all was well. No complaints honestly. Staff was very personable and accommodating. Only reason I might not stay again is there was no continental breakfast.

Checked in…bathroom had absolutely no handsoap…asked a staff member twice…ended up grabbing handsoap from bath and body when at the mall…shower curtain was super dirty, rooms are pretty tiny. It was a decent quick walk to the xcel/grand casino but thats about it. Parking is expensive with little options especially if in a pickup truck (we were).

Over priced everything. Rooms are extremely small for the price you pay to stay. Says free parking, there is no free parking. You either pay to park on the street or you pay for valet. No breakfast, you buy from their pricey restaurant or dine elsewhere. Phone in the room didn’t work. The tv worked when it wanted it to. The bathroom lights flickered if left on for more than a few minutes. No microwave, and the fridge did not get cold. It was sooo hot in the room even with turning the AC way down. Bathroom didn’t have ventilation. After every shower the whole room turned into a sauna. The staff were friendly and did the best with what they had. It’s conveniently close to venues which was the reason for booking but nothing else about the stay is convenient.
