Front desk staff were excellent, and room was very nice. No room service, and the hotel restaurant left a little to be desired as far as staffing went. The cafe was a good alternative for breakfast.

Nice river walk just across the street. Do yourself a favor and walk down to Union station. Great old train station! 3 blocks away. Hotel does a great job all around.

Our room was small but comfortable. We enjoyed a drink and a cheese plate at the bar the evening of our arrival. We paid extra to have breakfast included with our overnight stay, and breakfast was a disappointing experience. Do not recommend. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location.

Quick stay

Parking is always interesting. But did find a open, somewhat somewhat close parking ramp. Inconvenient due to pouring rain tho. Check in and out was quick. Next morning a plate of old food was outside another quests door a few doors down. There when we went for breakfast and there when we checked out at 11. Rooms were being cleaned around ours because the cart was on the floor. Breakfast was in the restaurant and had an awesome selection of items! Fresh fruit too!

More than Showing its Age

NO heat and outside temperature was below 60 degrees. We were told that hotel couldn’t convert from AC to heat quickly, so no heat. Staff did bring portable heaters. They didn’t warm the room. Mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. Coffee maker did not work. Tv remote was unreliable. Staff was caring re heat situation but could do nothing other than bring space heaters and blankets. Don’t stay here.

Wasn’t real impressed that you had to pay for parking or park around the block someplace. The room was very small. Oh and I for got a bag and someone stole our expensive perfumes out of there and I know they were in the bag. Would never got back.
