I was unable to stay. When checking my Hotels.com account, my reservation had disappeared. I then called the hotel, and was informed they did not have a reservation booked for me. Then, I received a charge for the reservation I was not able to use. I immediately called the hotel, which magically found my reservation. I do not know who messed this up, but I want a refund!!

The thermostat in our room did not work and it has been snowing. Engineers came 3 times to try to fix it. They gave us a space heater. The light in the bathroom kept flickering even though i asked for it to be fixed. Not a terrible hotel but we had these issues. It is clean though
