Sheets had "hair pieces " at least 10. Toilet had toilet paper in it. The AC/heater(living room ) rattled throughout the night. Tub filled up. Right out the windows was the apartment neighbors window. It was sold out for the night so no switching rooms

My kiddos and I had the best time at the West End Homewood Suites! Firstly, and maybe most importantly, the staff were so kind and helpful. The two gentlemen who were on duty when we checked in were awesome. And we had a great room, with one bedroom and a separate living room. My older kids loved being able to run outside and play basketball (balls provided!), and all of my kids and I had a blast in the pool. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning, and the breakfast staff were also really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the room, got restful sleep, got to use the new smart TVs and kitchen, and grab snacks from the little market. It was perfect! The only thing that would have been the cherry on top is if we could have purchased some pool toys (or if some basics were provided). We’ll definitely be back for another staycation!
