Disliked: Staff & service
Staff was super unhelpful and rude. Had to wait forever for them to come out from wherever they were hiding behind the front desk. Also got turned away completely and didn't even get to stay because their check-in policy wasn't made clear as far as age. Got all the way there and didn't have a room.

Great location. Even better staff! We arrived at the hotel several hours before our check in time as we just flew on the redeye. We were exhausted and badly needed a nap before a social event we had flown in to attend. The woman at the front desk was so kind. I wish I had thought to have written her name down, but we were so tired, She allowed us to check in several hours early despite the fact that the hotel was packed and she was very busy. We will definitely stay here when we return.
