Family Friendly Home in Great Location

Tucked in the tranquil Minikahda Vista neighborhood, this charming Cape Cod home features an ideal setting just a short stroll from Target, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, and various dining options. The well-kept house is inviting and filled with light, providing cozy comforts along with numerous amenities and versatile spaces. Its location ensures easy access to everything you need for relaxation. With the lakes a mile and a half away, there are plenty of nearby activities to explore.

The great spaces in the house make it perfect for families or a girls/guys trip. Three family / gathering rooms and a dining room that seats 6, make it well suited to gather and enjoy time together.

The front family room and sunporch are on the main level and another family room on the lower level. We've provided several family and children games (e.g. taboo, scrabble, apples to apples jr, and many others) as well as coloring books and books to read.

Two Queen-size air mattresses (King Koil premium - 20-inch height) can be set up to accommodate up to 10 guests. Air mattresses should be set up on the main level or upstairs as there is not an egress window in the basement.
