Tried to check in and staff said it was no rooms available. Someone came in right after and checked in with no problem. Room had a weird smell to it and towels was dirty. Didn’t feel clean during my stay. Countertop in bathroom had stains and toilet wasn’t clean.

I got to the hotel, stayed for 2 hours and left and did not end up staying the night. Hotel had a smokers smell and I couldn’t take the smell. Took the hotel reservation as a lost.

The elevator, halls and carpet floors were all dirty. Neighbors were loud at 2:00 am. I didn't sleeping until 3:00 am because of the noise.Banging on the wall. The room had a musty smell. Smelled like ammonia.

Convenient and staff understands if an item is not as expected. The beds were quite small for double beds so my wife and I were cramped trying to sleep on one double bed, so we did not sleep well at all. Our daughter was sleeping in the other double bed. The bath seemed okay clean but not very shiny. But the price is good and adequate for persons that work in town during the week.

Not good.

Not so good. When we got back from our concert we couldn’t get back into our room. The room keys were deactivated and when we got them reactivated the attendant was very rude. When we got back to the room our door would not open and was sealed shut and when we finally got in it was a concert from down below the whole night. There was a group of guys grilling and drinking beer and playing loud music from 12am until 740am when we left to return home. I understand it was the weekend but the attendant could have enforced noise ordinances for the rest of the tenants.

Absolutely filthy! One of our party ended sleeping is his car as there were short curly hairs and what appeared to be mouse droppings in the bed. Every surface was sticky. Couldn’t wait to leave!

I booked a room around 1pm on 26 Jul. We needed to be at a friend’s house (surprise party) by 3:30 and were not able to check in before our event, so we had to wait until the event was over. Unfortunately, it was past midnight (was 2am). We tried to check in, but the person at the front desk told me they sold the room and added even if they had the room available, they would not be able to check us in since it was past the date of my reservation. I showed her my email confirmation, the booking, and asked how could she sell the room if I already paid for it? She said again she couldn’t check me in since it was no longer the 26th, it was the 27th. (I have checked in at other hotels past midnight so I don’t understand the issue.) Anyway, she suggested I check out another extended stay down the street (not that she offered to call or anything). It was clear she wasn't really going to be helpful. Since she could not check us in, I requested a refund. She asked if I booked directly through them or through a third party. If it’s a third party you need to take it up with them she said and walked away. It was about 2:15am by that time, NOT the time to be looking for another hotel room! This issue was not only extremely inconvenient, it could have potentially been dangerous to be out looking for other hotel accommodations at that time. I called my friend and we were able to sleep on the floor at their house.
