Pool was FREEZING cold. Shampoo and conditioner in room shower were already empty upon a arrival. There was a dried flower leaf on bathroom floor under sink. Sink drain u-bend was not up to plumbing codes. Toilet seat broke. Breakfast had a nice variety, kids were happy too. Fresh cookies in the afternoon were a nice touch. Day 2 our keys didn't work to get in room so they had to reset them.

Breakfast hot food was cold. Cheese omlet was ok. No fresh food like blue berries, pinaple, cantalope, straberries. Ice on parking lot was a real problem. I fell an injured myself leaving the hotel, and filed an incident report. I will not stay at tour hotel again in the winter if this problem is not resolved.
