This hotel had their AC broken. They didn’t tell us ahead of time and the rooms were so stuffy it was unbearable we ended up checking out. When we went to talk to the staff at the front there was a sign that she was “helping another customer” but instead she was out front smoking a cigarette.

Como Park Hotel is a very comfortable place for us to stay whenever we are in the Twin Cities. Service is good, rooms are decent and there's ample parking. No complaints.
