The staff was very quick to try to remedy the problem I called the front desk about. The problem was up to 15 small children, toddlers and babies in the hot tub- clearly stated 14 years of age and over. They were dumping buckets of water from the main pool and child pool into the hot tub, making it actually as cold as the pool. No parents of most of these children in sight either. I came to relax for a night and sit in a hot tub, definitely did not get any of that. Very disappointed.

The room was clean and in good condition. The pool was disappointing. The toddler pool was freezing cold and the water in the normal pool was very dirty looking and heavy on the chlorine. Our son didn't even want to swim the 2nd night of our stay, it was so bad. Also, parking is $10/night.

We booked this thinking it was a family friendly hotel. When arriving the pool area all trash cans were over heaping. Trash and food leftovers all over the floor in the carpet area outside next to the arcade. We have 4 small kids our 3 year old ended up getting sick in the middle of the night and puking twice. When I called the front desk the first time I was told there was no clean bedding I asked again to look juat for the top 2 blankets. We cleaned up and our aon puked again....this time all over more needing another shower. I stripped the bed remade with what I had thay wasnt dirty. My husband then calls back down to the desk asking for a trash can liner and some towels. We were told that there wasnt a single piece of clean anything hand towel or wash cloth even. When he brings only one trash can liner to our room with another blanket the staff tells my husband to try ans not to let it happen again......all parents at this point know dang well we NEVER want to be dealing with this......so I go to the front desk and ask for more liners for the trash can and of any towles are clean and to not make that comment about it not happening again.....i was informed that diw to my child being sick he made that comment because they would take our deposit for needing to throw the items away....i said if that happens thats a discussion to be had at another time and that comment was unnecessary. I was also told my front desk that I needed to respect the places I was coming into.....

We booked for the pool, for our kids, but it was not great. Both pools were freezing cold and the jacuzzi was lukewarm with no functioning jets. No towels were available. The water was brownish. The room itself was okay, but the thermostat didn’t have a functioning display and the only options seemed to be maximum heat blasting or no heat at all. I was up every two hours overnight turning the heater on (or off) in attempt to keep the room a reasonable temperature for my baby. The person who was supposed to come to our room to help with the thermostat never showed up. The bathroom in the room smelled very strongly of stale urine. This could be a decent place if it were better maintained!

Clean. Rooms were quiet, once the door was closed to the balcony, you could not hear the pool area which was nice. The toddler area was pretty cold and the hot tubs jets were not working but those were minor and overall it was a nice stay and it was good to be so close to the mall. Not sure if it was all rooms but my room did not have a coffee machine and there was no way to get hot water and the breakfast options were not good for kids , there is a Starbucks but not a full menu one so I would suggest to bring some breakfast snacks such as granola bars or such if you have children who want to wake up and go swimming right away. The pool area has tons of seating which was great

Well . I thought I was getting a poolside room but that was not the case . Overall room was ok beside the peeling paint on the wall and the tub was a little small . amenities were decent , view was horrible and the vending machines wouldn’t take a $5 bill night front desk guy was kinda rude heater was noisy . I stayed at 6 hotels across 4 states in the last 2 weeks and this is by far the worst. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and never had issues. First off, this hotel is in Minnesota, in the winter. You go to the room and it has laminate. Wooden flooring, which I understand because it's a poolside room. But somewhere in front of the room, there should be a rug this day we went. There was a snow a flying so you are going to drag all kinds of snow in with you on the luggage cart on your shoes. Now you have a gross wet floor when you have not even begun yoir stay, there was a line at check in (no problem) the team member checking me stopped to answer a call- the whole call no im sorry or excuse me to me no answering please hold like the other team member, totally ignored me for the call- more issues but just bad customer service pantrt had very little in it for purchase, we checked in at 4 in the pool by 5 - a grand total of 5 clean towels by the pool area- people were taking other peoples towels, how do you not have the towels available- we checked out at 11 (normal time) it was snowing (again Minnesota) no shoveling or salting/sanding of sidewalk had been done sidewalk very slippery- parkinglot had not been plowed at all (if im paying for parking im assuming that the lot should be taken care of - no breakfast just starbucks items - again so much more but will run out of characters- DO NOT RECOMMEND
