The water was turned off from 10 am to 4 pm our first day preventing us from showering. There was no ice in the ice machine - one machine for the entire hotel. Otherwise it was generally an older hotel, but adequate. The location was convenient.

We loved the experience at the property. It has a great breakfast. We also loved how convenient it was to restaurants and bars. The Applebees was just across the parking lot for food and late night drinks.

This was our first time to stay in this hotel. Food was limited and the room it was clean but there’s some unpleasant smell in the room. We even bought an air freshener just to remove that smell since we have kids. Overall, our stay was okay but really needs improvement.

Convenient location, run down, parking lot was crazy especially by the front door. I was dropping off and picking up elderly person and multiple times I couldn’t even pull up to the door. Hotel vehicles, hotel people/workers or owners standing taking never moved or provided for guests to pull up…Sunday checkout nobody st the front desk, lacks customer service.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The entire hotel lost water on the second day. Parking was so limited that people parked in the fire lane (and got ticketed). The elevator was a bit janky. The manager/owner? was less than kind during the water outage. I don’t recommend staying here until things turn around.
