I have never written a review but I just had to after our stay here. We stayed in a “suite” on the second floor. The second we walked in the overwhelming smell of cat urine or something like that was awful. Loose carpeting, toilet didn’t even seem like it was sturdy to the ground. I would never go back!

Motel was in a good area for what we needed. Workers at desk were very helpful. House maid was helpful, and I appreciated that she checked in with me every day. Included breakfast was fine/normal. Carpet in hallway needs cleaning. Garden/outdoor area needs a lot of work.

Rooms smelled like smoke and air conditioning didn’t take the dampness away. Breakfast was nothing special. Carpets were sticky and dirty. Refrigerator was leaking water. There were two tvs, one in front of the other, in one of our rooms. Weird! Bedding and towels were clean, but our bed was slanted and sagged in the middle. Not a very nice hotel.

Only rated ok bc had our dog with us and it’s possible that they just let the room go bc it is marked for pets. The room smells of cat urine, lots of stains on lower bed. We travel with our dogs and have only 1 or 2 places worse than this room. Even lamps were crooked and really stained. Bathroom was fine. Really needs needs better cleaning treatments, new bedding, fix the lamps. Really no reason for a pet room to smell or look like this

The staff are overwhelmed, so you can see this by their cleaning habits. The corners were caked in dust, the carpets were sticky, stained, and ripped. We had to ask for bedding for the couch in order to use it comfortably. Our room stunk. The pool area was disgusting. The hot tub looks like it has never been cleaned. The walls were coated in a brown film. The pool was starting to look the same. I do not recommend this hotel. And I do not recommend any Wyndham hotels period.

Would not recommend. Run down, broken microwave, fridge worked off and on. Smelled bad, muggy. We were both congested staying in the room so something was bad in the air. Sign was posted on doors that sprinklers in hotel do not work so be aware in a fire. Did not feel safe. Paid before arrival, wish I hadn’t so I could go to a cleaner hotel.

Very run down hotel. If you are adverse to embedded smoke smell and tobacco smell do not stay at this hotel. Ever time I went into the room I coughed until I left the room. Hotel needs to be upgraded from 1980.
