This was quite possibly the dirtiest hotel I have EVER stayed in! The carpets in the halls and in the rooms were tore up, stained and dirty. The walls looked like they’ve never been wiped down… dirty handprints on the walls, boogers on the wall in the bathroom, handprints on the headboard. There was a hairball under the sink and mold in the sink. The shower head was so corroded and gunky that I felt dirtier getting out than getting in. The eggs at breakfast were very discolored. And, the whole place smelled like pot and pickles. Ewww!!!

Nice Stay

This was a nice hotel for the price. Friendly staff and clean rooms. A variety of breakfast options, but no fruit choices. Plenty though. This isn't the fanciest hotel but very good. We hd a short stay, so we were gery pleased.

Light fixtures older, left my plugin charger. The lamps not equipped with cord plug ins. The TV had to use my own Netflix account to watch TV. Room was clean but they didn’t change to TP or add another roll.

There was a very noticeable odor upon walking through the doors. Desk staff very pleasant & helpful. Hallway carpets very worn. Mold in BR( so no shower), AC fan was very loud, as were hallways.

It was clean for the most part for the money we paid for one night was definitely worth it, they could however have a little more attention to cleaning as there was a piece of popcorn on the floor when we first walked in, we aren't complaining as people are human and sometimes miss things but overall it have been a good experience, would definitely come back in the future! Its not a 5 start hotel but it was resonable and beat our expectations!

This place needs some updating. Pool is small and really cold. The food was fair. Waffles, off brand cereal and biscuits and gravy. It was a place to sleep. For the price paid, i feel it was high considering the condition of property.

decent place - good price

I was told on Hotels.com that the room would be wheelchair accessible - meaning a path in the room. Well when we got there her chair could get in the room to the end of the first bed - but that was it. I would take a "path in the room" to mean the chair would be able to go from one side of the room (door) straight across the room to the other side (wall /window side) This was not the case. Luckily for us she can move somewhat outside of her chair -so we could make this work. But not what we expected with what we read. The bathtub/shower had some black spots (which makes you assume it's mold) that needs to be taken care of - like 2-3 spots but still that shouldn't be in a hotel. thanks

Not a great place to stay

this hotel needs a lot of work. The Ceiling was falling apart, the breakfast was not like other continental breakfasts. No fruit, no toast, no cereal hot or cold. One of the worse hotels I've ever stayed in.

I was charged twice for my room. Once by the hotel and once by orbitz, the third party through which I found the hotel room. When I went to the front desk the next morning to find a solution, I was told that I needed to contact my bank. When I said I don’t think contacting the bank would do anything because the hotel directly owes me a refund, she printed and handed me a receipt. I asked what the receipt was for and she said, “do you see the last four digits of your card number on here anywhere?” (I guess orbitz pays for the room with their own card numbers) When I pointed out that yes, I did, and showed her where my card number was listed she told me she had to call the guy who checked me in the night before. He didn’t answer. So now I am waiting for a call back to determine what the next steps are. I was told several times “ma’am, I don’t know what you want me to do” despite showing my bank register that I was double charged by two parties for the same room. I was being very clear and calm when explaining the situation so it’s disheartening to be treated as though they do not appear to have any urgency in assisting in a problem they created. This has happened to me twice now at this hotel & I will not be booking through either site in the future. The room was fine, the hotel/bathrooms/building grounds are clean. The neighbors we had were noisy until pretty late but, it’s a hotel so it’s a bit of an expectation.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness didn’t hit the mark for us at this property. The common hallways and stairs didn’t look as though they had been vacuumed in a long time. Upon arrival, the building had a strong odor of weed. The 2nd floor ice machine was gross. The room was averagely cleaned. I did not use the blankets at all as they were stained. Found garbage from a previous guest still in our room. Overall, I truly feel the staff were trying, but it just missed the mark. The staff working the breakfast were also trying to man the front desk. I believe they were running short staffed. I don’t want to drag them too much as they were very accommodating to our large sports team family. I feel they are right on the cusp…some improvements and it could be a nice property. However, on the flip slide, if it continues down this path…it could be considered a dump in no time. The breakfast was low average. Please note the pool area was nice, however, the pool is VERY small. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Filthy!!! Gross! Employee said they had no rooms on the ground floor. I’m in a wheelchair and NO ELEVATOR . Your app said they had handicap bathrooms. That is not true. Do you check these properties out!! I want a full refund from Expedia!!!
