Beautiful home and property but unkept. Someone in the group mentioned this place looks like a foreclosure. Bare minimum and odd choice of furniture. Cobwebs all over the outside areas and grass was uncut. Inside bedroom areas and bathrooms were all clean. House has tons of potential but it is obvious that minimal effort has been invested to maintain its former glory. This is the house you rent if you want something waterfront with privacy and no other options available. You can get something so much nicer around the same price.

The location of this property is excellent however there are elements of our stay that were less than ideal. While the interior of the home is clean, the outdoor upstairs patio was full of flies and bugs. It made it nearly impossible to spend time out there until we purchased an insect repellent from the store during our stay. There were large amounts of dead insects on the outdoor surface of the home that were off-putting, along with leftover buckets of trash and debris from previous guests on the basement patio. Additionally, the beach area was covered in broken glass from previous guests’ wine bottles, making it hard for us to trust having our children confidently play on the beach without getting hurt. This home has so much potential, great space, and ideal lake location but needs a few tweaks to make it worth the nightly cost.

Long Weekend

We really enjoyed the property and it’s spacious rooms. Plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate all of us at mealtimes and we really enjoyed sitting on the back patio during the evening. Great location on the lake as well.

Papa’s 80th

We were celebrating Papa’s 80thBirthday and it was truly a perfect setting for our family. We never left the property. There was fun for every age. Great property for a family getaway. Thanks to the owners for sharing this property.

Drawers had sand in them. 3 out of 10 lights worked in the kitchen. Property Manager responses were not timely. Pretty disappointed, way over priced

Spacious and Comfortable

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and had an absolute blast! There was so much space for us to spread out in the house and the views from the porch were incredible. We had a great time, partially because everything was so smooth with the house.
