Disliked: Cleanliness
Heating on the top floor wasn't working leaving the bedrooms unusable. We phoned the owner who got the maintenance guy to come out on Christmas Eve but he couldn't fix the problem. I have complained to the owner and asked for recompense but to date he hasn't replied.
