客室は清潔に保たれ、広さもあり、朝食のご飯も美味しくて全体的にはいいと思いました。 夜，お風呂に行った時，脱衣所の窓が開いていて，そこから強い風が入ってきて、ドアがガタガタ言うので，窓を閉めてもらおうと思い，フロントに電話した所、「今の時間は女性スタッフがいないので、閉めに行けない。」と言われました。 わかりにくかったのですが，閉め方を教えてもらい自分で閉めたので，なんとか風の音も収まり入浴できましたが、急病の時はどうなるのかと不安になりました。

公式サイトからの予約者と対応が異なるので注意して。

再び予約することはないと思います。 どのスタッフもロボットみたいな対応で、コチラの会話に合わせる努力はせず、スタッフの説明のやり方に宿泊者が合わせることが求められるホテルでした。 受付時に隣でダブルブッキング（二重に予約）をしてしまった方がいらっしゃったのですが、一刀両断で双方の100%の支払いを求めていました。宿泊者が全額支払いをして領収書の発行に細かい依頼をしようとしたら、「今回だけですよ。」と上からの応対。 そもそも、公式HPから予約した宿泊客と他のサイトから予約した宿泊者には明確な差があります。 　他のサイトからの予約：低層階に案内、朝食は6:45から。 　公式サイト：最上階：朝食は6:30から 私はこのサイトから予約したのですが、翌朝、朝食券を持ち、電車の時間が早いので少し早く入れませんかと6:35くらいに訪ねると、私以外誰も宿泊者がいない状態で「皆さんそう言われますが、断っていますので」と言われました。 出来の悪いAIと話しているようなホテルでした。 予約する際は、朝食時間に気をつけてください。
