ギュっと詰め込まれた感じと、日常感から抜け出せないような話作りが残念だったかな。 オールインクルーシブ、やってますよ的な、演出もイマイチっったかな。 エレベーターの前までテーブルがありそこで飲み食い、落ち着かない！ 客の人数キャパに対して場の広さの確保が全くなくて、、 まぁ、お値段もリーズナブルだし、仕方ないのかもです。 スタッフさんは皆んな、感じが良く、丁寧な対応で最高でした。 ご飯も美味しかったです。

GW後の5月8日からの2泊３日で友人と2人で滞在しました。朝食、夕食をお願いしたいと申し出たところ予約時に無かったので。3日間とも難しいと言われました。ビュッフェだから可能かと思っていた私たちも悪いのですが。多分伝え方なんだと思います。 2人でこそこそ『無理だよね』と話してから伝えてくれるので、嫌な感じはします。 別に無理強いしようと思っていないのに。 ２日目にお聞きした時の年配の方はとても感じが良かったです。 同じサービス業をしている身として 我が振り直すことが出来ました。 ホテルとしては海側の部屋でしたのでロケーションもよく温泉も気持ちいいです。 客室も清潔です。

山側でしたがリニューアルされたキレイなお部屋で大人4人同室でも狭くなく、ゆっくり過ごす事ができました。 屋上で夕日を見れたり、お庭もちゃんと手入れされていて双眼鏡で橋や船を見ることもできました。 ご飯も朝夕沢山の種類がありどれを食べてもすごく美味しかったです。 大満足のお宿でした！また機会があれば行きたいです。
