Located on the 1st floor, this modern and bright apartment also benefits from a covered terrace of 10m² not overlooked, facing South East with garden furniture. It is composed of: - a large air-conditioned living room with lounge (flat screen TV, WIFI), dining room and fully equipped open kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood), reversible air conditioning in the main room - 2 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed and 2 90 beds that can be presented as a 180 bed), - a shower room, - a toilet, - a storeroom (with washing machine). For your comfort, sheets and household linen (tea towels) are provided. Bath towels are not provided. Baby equipment (travel cot and high chair) can be provided on request. 4 bicycles are available.
