TrÚs bon moment dans ce logement trÚs bien situé entre centre-ville et plages...Quelques mÚtres seulement de la mer.Génial. Parfait avec un jeune enfant pour les haltes et escales en journée entre deux plages ou activités. TrÚs propre à l'arrivée et trÚs trÚs bien équipé en petit électroménager et ustensiles. Je recommande vivement !

L’appartement est trĂšs idĂ©alement situĂ©, Ă  quelques mĂštres seulement de la plage et proche des commoditĂ©s et autres activitĂ©s de loisirs (comme le pĂ©dalo ou le jet ski). Concernant l’appartement en lui mĂȘme, il est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ© en ce qui concerne l’électromĂ©nager (machine Ă  laver, four
). Il est Ă©galement joliment dĂ©corĂ© et comporte beaucoup d’ustensiles / accessoires qui nous ont Ă©tĂ© bien utiles pendant notre sĂ©jour : je pense notamment au fouet Ă©lectrique et Ă  l’essoreuse Ă  salade, cela peut sembler ĂȘtre de l’ordre du dĂ©tail mais cela simplifie beaucoup de choses ! Les gĂ©rants font en sorte que le sĂ©jour soit le plus agrĂ©able possible et sont trĂšs gĂ©nĂ©reux (nous avons eu la trĂšs bonne surprise de s’ĂȘtre vu offrir des boissons fraĂźches et un pastis landais Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, entre autres dĂ©monstrations d’hospitalitĂ©, d’accueil et de gentillesse). Le seul tout petit hic que je retiendrai est qu’il manque peut ĂȘtre un petit espace de rangement pour caler les valises ! Nous n’étions que deux voyageuses donc cela ne nous a pas posĂ© trop de problĂšmes, mais je pense que le rangement des valises peut ĂȘtre lĂ©gĂšrement contraignant pour une famille de quatre personnes par exemple. En tout cas, nous ne retenons que le positif et tenons Ă  remercier chaleureusement Ă  nouveau les propriĂ©taires pour leur chaleureux accueil.

Excellent séjour à Mimizan plage

Studio idĂ©alement situĂ©, Ă  deux pas de l’ocĂ©an, des pistes cyclables, des commerces et restaurants. Parking privĂ© au pied de la rĂ©sidence. L’appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ©, rien ne manque pour passer un bon sĂ©jour. Excellent accueil des propriĂ©taires. TrĂšs bonne communication du dĂ©but jusqu’à la fin des vacances. TrĂšs arrangeants et agrĂ©ables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
