This duplex apartment can accommodate up to 7 people and will allow you to spend an unforgettable stay at Mimizan Plage with family or friends for a weekend or a week or more.
It includes on the ground floor: an entrance, a bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom with WC and a main room opening onto a balcony from which you can admire magnificent sunsets. This main room is composed of an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster) and a living room with TV (no WIFI but possibility of renting a box from the agency).
Upstairs, a second bedroom with a 140 bed from which you can admire the movement of the waves and a third bedroom with 3 90 beds.
You will find an additional bathroom as well as a separate toilet with washing machine for more comfort.
Finally, you will have a parking space. Once parked, you can do everything on foot if you wish.
