By far the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in. I reserved 3 rooms for my brothers family, my Mom, & then my family. Each room was extremely gross. The room my Brother was in had a broken decorative picture frame with the broken glass still in it. The connecting door between my families room & my moms had a spliced cord running across it. If you stepped on the cord it made the lamp flash. When I went to the front desk to tell them we wouldnt be staying she said I needed to contact the website I booked it with. No I'm sorry no questions beside which room had the broken glass. When I came back to return the keys there was nobody to be found. I tried calling the number on the front desk, ringing the bell, & even calling out for someone.

There was garbage when we walked in on the floor when I walked into my room. My front light did not work so I made my way to the back and I seen a roach by the TV. I ran out and I left and I’m working on getting my refund.
Shower curtain no longer wait it is yellow and stain at the bottom that’s nasty. Looks like they did not wash it.
The hall smelled like marijuana. Here is a light fixture missing the covering part.
Disgusting floors very dirty
Here’s the pile of trash when I walked in to go to my room. This is unacceptable. It looks like a trap.

We only had one towel when we got there for 2 people, was like 2 half rolls of TP when we got there and we were there for like a week, towards the end of trip only one keycard was working. We found a half dead bedbug so seems like they know and still taking guests. Breakfast bag was an option we didn’t try. We thought it would be like a normal breakfast with like pancakes/eggs ex.

We were offered four different rooms, and each one had cockroaches, black mold, dirty sheets and broken furnishings. One of the reasons we selected this hotel was that it had a swimming pool, which turned out to be inoperable.
