The apartment definitely needs updating. Carpet in the bedroom and rug in the living room were very dirty. Washer and dryer were definitely a plus. Furniture is very uncomfortable. The house was clean, other than the carpets.

My stay at Kasa was great. The perfect amount of space for 1-4 guests. Close in proximity to venue, airport and shopping. There is street parking but highly recommend to purchase parking so that you have a designated parking spot. Overall my stay was great and I enjoyed the stay.

Our stay at this beautiful apartment truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, everything was warm, welcoming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the attention to detail throughout the space really stood out. Nice apartment for the price. Building name is different from the listing so that was a bit confusing and caused some issues getting inside upon arrival. GPS location was accurate using the Kasa listed name. The curtain rod holding up the curtain in the main bedroom kept falling coming apart when opening and falling down which was annoying. Beyond that, reasonable price great location (Brewery District - near PBR, great restaurants in the area - walking disctance) and overall good deal (sleeps 1 or up to 4 people- King Bed & 2 Singles).

This is an apartment that is not all owned by KASA. That is kind of confusing from the website. But overall the site felt safe and the accommodations were very satisfactory for my stay. I had an initial issue with the WiFi but it was resolved through communications with KASA. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful but recommend bringing out supplying your own detergent is recommended if you intend to use them. There want a convenient location for purchasing general items nearby. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

Hello, the location was great. The room was nice. Updates could be done some of the furniture. And fixtures are old and starting to wear out. There's no clarification on the parking. Once you get there. You notice that there is a pass. So you can park in the parking lot, but it didn't necessarily give you detailed information on that. Until you got there and hoped that you don't get towed.
